Reset Your Password

This page describes the process to reset your password. This is actually a two step process that involves resetting your password on ShareFile, which BairdDocs uses to store credentials and then to update your password on Encompass. Please note that your userid is your email address at work. As noted previously, you will not have to enter your BairdDocs userid and password every time you send a document request to BairdLaw,as this data is stored within you Encompass profile.

STEP ONE

Press the Open ShareFile Button. ShareFile will open in a separate window. Next Enter your email address, which is your BairdDocs userid and proceed to the the next prompt that will ask for your password. Press the Forgot password line. You will then be sent an email that will contain a link to reset your password. A new window will open that will allow you to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you can return to this page and proceed to step two.

STEP TWO

Press the Change Password in Encompass button. A popup will open on this page. Enter your email address and the password that you entered as you changed your ShareFile password. Press Submit. The popup will close. You can now press the Home tab to return to your work.
