Reset Your Password

This page describes the process to reset your password. This is actually a two step process that involves resetting your password on ShareFile, which BairdDocs uses to store credentials and then to update your password on Encompass. Please note that your userid is your email address at work. As noted previously, you will not have to enter your BairdDocs userid and password every time you send a document request to BairdLaw

STEP ONE

Press the Open ShareFile Button. ShareFile will open in a separate window. Next Enter your email address (your BairdDocs userid) and proceed to the the next prompt that will ask for your password. Typically, you should press the Forgot password line. You will then be sent an email that will guide you through the process.
